- Optional: Add chili flakes or seasoning for extra flavor.
Toast and assemble
- Toast the bread until golden and sturdy.
- Spread a generous layer of avocado on the toast.
- Slice soft-boiled eggs in half and place them yolk-side up on the avocado.
- Finish with a pinch of flaky salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
