Cooking the Egg
- In a small pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat.
- Crack the egg into the pan and cook until the whites are set, for a runny yolk, about 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.
Assembly
- Spread the mashed avocado generously over the toasted bread.
- Place the cooked egg on top of the avocado.
- Finish by sprinkling everything bagel seasoning over the avocado and egg, adding any desired toppings.
Notes
For optimal flavor, be sure to season the avocado mash inside, not just on top. Consider using lemon juice to enhance the taste and keep the avocado fresh.
