  • 1 medium avocado Pick a ripe avocado for a creamy texture.
  • 1 large banana Use a very ripe, brown banana for extra sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup almonds Soaked overnight for a smoother blend (optional).
  • 1 cup milk Any type of milk works (dairy, almond, oat, etc.).
Optional Enhancements
  • 1 tbsp honey For sweetness, optional.
  • 1 pinch cinnamon For a spiced flavor, optional.
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds For extra nutrition, optional.
  • 1 tbsp nut butter For added creaminess and protein, optional.

Preparation
  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Peel the banana and add it to the blender.
  3. Add the soaked almonds and milk to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk gradually until you reach the desired consistency.
  6. Taste and add optional sweeteners or spices as desired.

Notes

For extra crunch, top with additional almonds or add to granola. This drink can also be frozen into popsicles for a delightful treat. Feel free to experiment with other ingredients like spinach or frozen fruits.
