- Right before serving, pour in the ginger ale and gently stir.
- Taste the punch and adjust the flavor with lemon juice or maple syrup if necessary.
- Serve over ice or use an ice ring to prevent dilution.

For gatherings, set up as a mocktail and provide bourbon on the side for those who want to spike it.
