Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 sheets Plain laver or roasted seaweed sheets
  • 2 tablespoons Egg white or cooking oil spray Just enough to make the protein stick.
  • 1/4 cup Unflavored or lightly flavored protein powder Whey isolate or neutral plant blend.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Or any seasoning of choice.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Or any seasoning of choice.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Or any seasoning of choice.
  • Salt Salt Go light at first.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the seaweed sheets into chip sized squares with kitchen scissors.
  2. Lightly brush or mist one side of the chips with egg white or cooking oil.
  3. Dust a small amount of protein powder over the top, then add your chosen seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the chips at 350°F for about 2 to 4 minutes, watching closely.
  2. Once cooked, cool the chips for 2 minutes to allow them to finish crisping up.

Notes

Protein powder can burn fast, so don't walk away while cooking. Use a light hand with the protein powder to avoid a dry texture. Store chips uncovered to maintain crispness.
