  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley fresh or dried
  • 1 pinch salt go easy if your butter is salted
  • 2-4 tablespoons grated parmesan or mozzarella optional

Method

Preparation

  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Spread the garlic butter generously over the bread.
  4. Preheat your air fryer for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Place bread in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 4 to 6 minutes, checking at 4 minutes.
  7. If adding cheese, add it in the last 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Let it sit for 1 minute, then serve while warm.
Helpful Tips
  1. If the bread is very thin, start with 3 minutes.
  2. Thicker bread may require 7 to 9 minutes total.
  3. Lower the temp to 320°F if the top is browning too quickly.

Notes

Mix fresh garlic into butter and let it sit for 5 minutes before spreading for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in the air fryer.
