1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 cups beef broth
8 ounces wide egg noodles 3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

Direction :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F—grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, allspice, and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Add egg and mix well.
In a small saucepan, bring beef broth to a boil. Add noodles and cook according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Mix cooked noodles into the meat mixture. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
In the same saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and milk until smooth. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add sour cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Pour over the meat mixture.
