STRAWBERRY CRUNCH CHEESECAKE CONES

Wow, these are amazing. I’m going to the shop since my kids are insisting on having some.

A cheesecake that is made using the Instant Pot, inspired by the ice cream you love! Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake is creamy and packed with strawberry flavor.

What was your top ice cream bar you had when you were a child? My favorite included the Strawberry Shortcake Ice cream bar. It was a sweet strawberry taste and cool vanilla Ice Cream.

It’s incredibly simple to make. Seriously. All you require is the correct pan and our advice, and you’ll get it completed in less than an hour.

Ingredients:

Waffle cones
Fresh strawberries
Coolwhip 8 oz.

Crushed golden Oreos
Butter
Strawberry jello 3 oz.

for the filling

16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons flour that is all-purpose
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cool whip 8 Oz

for Glaze:

1 1/2 cups sugar powdered
3-4 tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Break up 16-18 Oreos and then add 3-4 oz butter. Cook for five minutes. Remove from the oven. Crumbles should now be slightly pasty and inconsistent.

Add 3 oz strawberry jello into the paste and apply it to the waffle cones.

A large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer, mix with the cheese 3-4 mins until there aren’t any lumps or lumps, and it’s totally smooth. Make sure you Scrape your bowl on at minimum 2 times throughout the period.
