  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (60ml) skim milk

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (60g) finely chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (60g) finely chopped bell pepper

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (60ml) ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon 1 Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon 1 reduced-sodium soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt (or to taste)

  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 black pepper
