Pineapple Margarita

A Pineapple Margarita just screams tropical vacation and youโ€™ll be transported to your happy place when you make our super easy and super delicious recipe!

Pineapple margaritas are just what the summer ordered. Summer is here and the only time donโ€™t mind being hot is on vacation. As much as Iโ€™d like to be on perpetual vacation, sometimes I just need to pretend in the backyard with a delicious cocktail.

  • BY THE GLASS (single serving)
  • 3 ounces 100% pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 1 ounce Grand Marnier
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • Garnish: sugar or course kosher salt pineapple and lime wedges
  • BY THE PITCHER (8 servings)
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1 cup Grand Marnier
  • Optional: 1 cup agave syrup

Instructions

  1. BY THE GLASS
  2. Swipe glass rim with a lime wedge and roll the outside in sugar or salt. (Be sure not to dip or you will end up with garnish on the interior of the glass.)
  3. Fill glass with ice, then pineapple juice, lime juice, Grand Marnier, then tequila. Stir gently.
  4. Optional, sweeten with agave syrup.
  5. Garnish and enjoy!
  6. For a Frozen Pineapple Margarita
  7. Add 1 cup of ice, pineapple juice, lime juice, Grand Marnier, and tequila to blender (plus optional agave syrup). Blend to desired consistency.
  8. BY THE PITCHER
  9. Fill pitcher with ice, add pineapple juice, lime juice, Grand Marnier, then tequila. Stir well.
  10. Optional, sweeten with agave syrup.
