4 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves – cut into strips
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 sprig of fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
½ cup sour cream


How To Make Chicken and Dumplings:

I boiled my chicken in water and chicken bouillon.
I added: Cream of chicken soup
A dash of poultry seasoning
Dashes of garlic powder
Minced celery
I added a can of carrots. Lots of times I add a can of cream of celery soup as well .
After it simmered for a while, I cut up biscuits and popped them in.
Only let them cook until done. They will cook away if you cook too long.
