NO-MESS OMELETTES in a BAG Recipe!!!

Omelettes in a bag are perfect for camping or if have a group to feed breakfast to at home to make individualized requests for eggs, quickly.
Updated: I have gotten quite a few comments and questions about the toxins in plastic bags used when making omelettes in a bag. These freezer bags from Glad are BPA free.

Some of you may have heard about this very novel idea of making omelettes in a freezer Ziploc bag. Have you? Well, I had not seen omelettes in a bag done, but after seeing it done last weekend, I am sold on the idea. Omelettes in a bag are perfect for camping or if have a group to feed breakfast to at home to make individualized requests for eggs, quickly.

Who needs a dirty pan when you can just throw baggies away!! Plus no waiting your turn for the pan. You can cook a whole bunch of omelettes at one time in a pan of boiling water.

Ingredients:

1 freezing bag
2 eggs
1/4 cup of omelette fillings of your choice – sausage, bacon, onion, mushroom, pepper, etc.
Half a cup of cheese

-Break the eggs into a quarter-gallon bag.
