Loaded Baked Potato Salad

If you like baked potatoes then you will LOVE this loaded baked potato salad! Soft potatoes are all wrapped up in a sour cream dressing and loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives … all of our favorite baked potato toppings!

This baked potato salad is a versatile recipe that you can pack to a picnic, serve at a hot summer backyard bbq, or dish up alongside a pan-seared steak when the weather is cool. This recipe is all the best parts of a baked potato or twice baked potato mixed together into one delicious potato salad.



  • ° eight to ten medium-sized potatoes
  • ° 12 tranches of bacon, cooked, cooled & crumbled
  • ° 1 yellow onion, diced
  • ° ½ tsp chives
  • ° 1 salt
  • ° 1 pepper
  • ° 1/12 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ° 1 cup cream
  • ° ½ c mayonnaise
  • ° Green onions for garnish


* Methods :

  1. The first step:
  2. Wash the potatoes and reduce them into small pieces
  3. Boil potatoes for 20 to twenty-five minutes
  4. The 2d step:
  5. Drain potatoes & positioned them in refrigerator to cool
  6. In a blending bowl, integrate mayonnaise and bitter cream the usage of a whisk
  7. Third step:
  8. Add onions, chives, 1/2 of of the bacon, 1/2 of a cup of cheddar cheese, and potatoes
  9. Add salt and pepper and stir lightly till combined
  10. The fourth step:
  11. Garnish with last cheese, bacon and onions
  12. Enjoy!
