  • 1 teaspoon 1 garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 black pepper

  • For the Topping:
  • 1 cup 1 (100g) crushed crackers (such as Ritz or saltine crackers)

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (56g) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (25g) grated Parmesan cheese

  • Chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish (optional)

Directions
