Easy potato bread

Potato Cheese Bread is a non-baked bread which is stuffed with mashed potatoes, and mozzarella cheese. This type of bread recipe is cooked in a pan rather than using the oven.

When making sandwiches or bread, potato and cheese always go well together. Usually, when making bread in most recipes, you will probably think that you may need to have it baked in the oven. But in this recipe, I made a very simple potato mozzarella bread that is so easy that you can cook it directly in the pan.

I was inspired to make this cheese and potato bread when I watched a popular viral video on Youtube. This is what inspired me to make my version of this recipe. I made this potato cheese bread for my family and they all loved it. You can eat it as a snack and serve it to your guest or family members at home.

In my experience, here are the 3 reasons why this is one of the best potato cheese bread recipe that you can make at home:

You don’t need baking oven to make this recipe. You can just cook directly in the pan.
The combination of potatoes, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese makes it so delicious and mouthwatering.
This is a very easy recipe since you don’t need yeast or baking powder to let the dough grow in size. Also, you only need a few ingredients to make this mashed potato cheese bread.

*ingredients

° cup (1 stick) butter
1½ c granulated sugar
2 eggs
° 1 t vanilla
2 c of all-purpose flour
1 t of baking soda
° half teaspoon of salt

cream cheese frosting

° cup (1 stick) soft butter
1 bar (8 ounces) of full-fat cottage cheese is best
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
3 c of powder sugar
2 t of heavy whipping cream

In a large bowl, whisk the butter and cheese together until blended. Stir in the vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and heavy cream. Beat together on low speed, increasing as needed, until frosting forms.

Adding more powdered sugar and/or milk until desired frosting is achieved. I never have to add more milk or powdered sugar than is called for. You want a really thick frosting to top it off nicely.
