The cookies are very similar to butter pecan cookies, but have a wonderful combination of crunchy pecans and sweet chocolate.

°100g chocolate chips
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar
°1 C. c. yeast
°½ tsp. c. salt or fine salt
1 For this recipe, your butter must be very soft.
In a bowl, mix butter, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the flour, salt and baking powder little by little and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix.
2 Make small balls, put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten them very slightly.
Bake at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes (depending on the texture you want, I like when it’s very soft). Let cool on a rack.
