Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9×13-inch (23x33cm) baking dish.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with your preferred seasonings until cooked through. Remove any excess grease.

Stir in the pasta sauce and cubed cream cheese into the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is well combined and creamy.

Gently toss the cooked tortellini into the sauce mixture until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheeses over the top of the casserole.

Bake the casserole, uncovered, in the center rack of your oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Switch the oven to broil and continue baking for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown and slightly crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve this cheesy goodness with a side of garlic bread, a fresh salad, or some tasty veggies.
