  • 1 cup 1 (120g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon 1 chili powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • For the Enchilada Sauce:
  • 1 can 1 (10 ounces) red enchilada sauce

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (120ml) beef or chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon 1 ground cumin
