  • 2 tablespoons 2 olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • For the Chimichurri Sauce:
  • 1 cup 1 fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 4 cloves 4 garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon 1 dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions
