Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Kielbasa Bites

This is a dish with only three ingredients – four if you want it to have some heat. All of which can be combined together into one delicious mixture. Instead of calling it a recipe, see it as a suggestion of what to cook at your next dinner party. I strongly suggest you take this suggestion.

The process is simple, but the end result is so delicious you will be happy to do it. It includes simmering little pieces of hot dog in a sweet and savory sauce that contrasts their smoky flavor. They are perfect for snacking on or as an appetizer, and they couldn’t be easier to make.

If you ask me what’s my go-to appetizer, I’ll say without blinking it is the brown sugar kielbasa bites. But it’s not only a great appetizer but a delicious snack too. This is pretty easy to make, either in a slow cooker or stovetop and what’s great is you need only 3 ingredients. Beware though, it’s super addictive! Yesterday was my youngest child’s birthday. I baked his favorite chocolate cake and we surprised him with balloons and all but his face lit up when he saw this kielbasa bites over the table. He hugged me and thanked me for the surprise! Such a sweet little boy.

This is usually an appetizer but I sometimes eat it with rice and pasta. It is the best! I don’t know if you are going to like it but give it a try. It’s not going to disappoint you. As perfect as it is, we sometimes need to spice things up to see if it goes well with other food. By the way, I recommend you add chili powder and be very generous! Chilli takes it to the next level. It goes well with beer too! Yeah, it does! Cold beer and Kielbasa bites. That is gonna be the new trend! Just kidding. Anyway, enjoy it!
