  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (60g) all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup 1 (240ml) whole milk

  • 1 cup 1 (240ml) heavy cream

  • 2 large 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 tablespoon 1 sugar

  • 1 teaspoon 1 salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 black pepper

  • 1 cup 1 (about 120g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (about 60g) grated Parmesan cheese
