  • 1.5 lbs 1.5 (about 680g) Polish sausage, sliced

  • 1 large 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 3 large 3 potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 1 can 1 (about 16 oz or 454g) sauerkraut, drained

  • 1 teaspoon 1 caraway seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 black pepper

  • 1 cup 1 (240ml) chicken broth

  • 2 tablespoons 2 Dijon mustard

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
