Ingredients

8 oz. egg noodles 227 g
1 lb. ground beef 454 g
1 container 16 oz. French onion dip (454 g)
1 can 10.5 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup (298 g)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese 113 g
1 cup sour cream 227 g
1 1/2 cups fried onions 90 g

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 10-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Once cooked, drain and transfer the noodles to a large bowl. Set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Remove from heat and drain any excess grease.
To the large bowl with the noodles, add the French onion dip, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream. Stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. Then, mix in the grated cheddar cheese and cooked ground beef.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the fried onions on top. Return the dish to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to allow the onions to become golden and crispy.
