  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (120ml) almond flour

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (60ml) grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 large 1 egg

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon 1 ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon 1 chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup 1 (240ml) low-carb enchilada sauce
