  • 1 teaspoon 1 ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon 1 chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup 1 (240ml) low-carb enchilada sauce
