LOADED CHICKEN & POTATOES

Seasoned chicken and potatoes bake together in this incredible Loaded Chicken and Potato Casserole. It’s topped with bacon, cheese and green onion for one phenomenal dish!

This Loaded Chicken and Potato Casserole is amazing. Holy moly, it is good! Seasoned chicken and potatoes baked together, then topped with cheese, bacon and green onions. It is so delicious and packed with flavor!
My husband is definitely a meat and potatoes kind of guy, so you can imagine how happy he was when I whipped up this casserole for dinner last week. My entire family ate it in no time and loved it just as much as me. Yep, even the kiddos. đŸ™‚

I’ve always loved a good casserole. All your favorite foods combined into one easy dish is just awesome. I think this Loaded Chicken and Potato Casserole is my new favorite for sure!

ingredient

470g boneless chicken breast, I cut into 1-inch cubes.
8 medium red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 cubes.
1/3 m of olive oil.
2 tablespoons garlic powder.
2 tbsp. of hot sauce, you can add more if you like it too hot.
1 tablespoon of paprika.
2 teaspoons salt.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
up:
2 c of Fiesta cheese mix.
1 c chopped green onions.
1 c of shredded bacon.

Directions

Step 1: You have preheated oven to 400 degrees f. I spray cooking spray down a 9.13? baking dish.
Step 2: Mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and hot sauce together in a large bowl.
Step 3: Add the chicken and potatoes into cubes and toss to coat.
The fourth step: Place the potatoes and chicken in a carefully lined baking dish.
Fifth step: Bake for 55-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes, until browned and crispy and browned on the outside.
Sixth step: While the potatoes were cooking, I fried the bacon, about half a pound.
Seventh step: When it’s fully baked, I remove the potatoes and chicken from the oven.
Step 8: She placed cheese, fried bacon, and green onions on top of the fries.
