  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 (190g) all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt

  • For the Chocolate Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (1 stick or 113g) unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (60ml) milk

  • 3 cups 3 (360g) powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon 1 vanilla extract
