  • 4 cups 4 (946ml) potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic, minced

  • 1 cup 1 (240ml) heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon 1 dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste
