1 unbaked pie shell 9 inches/22.86 cm
1 1/2 cups 300 grams granulated sugar
1/2 cup 113.4 grams unsalted butter, softened
1 cup 227 grams crushed pineapple
3 tablespoons 22.5 grams all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon 4.2 grams vanilla extract
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the sugar, butter, crushed pineapple, flour, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
