  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (120ml) mayonnaise

  • 1 cup 1 (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (50g) grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 (60ml) sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon 1 Dijon mustard

  • 2 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon 1 Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 hot sauce (adjust to taste)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
