  • 2 1/2 cups 2 1/2 (600ml) whole milk

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (100g) granulated sugar

  • 2 large 2 egg yolks

  • 1 teaspoon 1 pure vanilla extract

  • Pinch salt

Directions

  • Rinse the small pearl tapioca under cold water and drain well.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed tapioca, whole milk, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  • Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes to allow the tapioca to soften.
