Homemade Hamburger Peppers And Onion Gyros

Gyros have had their phases of popularity, they come and go in bursts. However, my family loves gyros and they are relatively easy to make. I even made some changes to the steps and the way things are done to make it even easier for these busy nights. Gyros are meat made with a few vegetables and then a cold creamy sauce is added. However, I am not a fan of the cold sauce, unless it is ranch. I have been known to use melted white American cheese. There are times that I will combine blue cheese with a cucumber dip and pour that on.Gyros are so tasty and easy to grab and go when needed, and on busy nights. Again, use the garnish topping of your choice, after all, you are the one eating them.
