  • 1/2 cup 1/2 water

  • 6 large 6 flour tortillas

  • 6 6 tostada shells

  • 1 cup 1 nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 cup 1 shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup 1 diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup 1 shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 sour cream

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the taco seasoning and water to the cooked beef. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Set aside.
