For The Brownies:

2 Eggs
1 cup of Powdered Sugar
1 White Cake Mix
1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons of Water
1 cup of White Chocolate Chips mixed in
Lime Green Food Coloring Gel

For The Frosting:

1 1/2 cups of Powdered Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Butter – softened
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 – 2 Tablespoons of Milk
Lime Green Food Coloring Gel
Red Heart Sprinkles


Prepare the Brownie Batter:
In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, add the Cake Mix, Eggs, Powdered Sugar, Oil, and Water.
Mix on low speed until combined.
Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl, and mix at high speed for 1 minute.
Add the Lime Green Food Coloring a few drops at a time until the desired color is achieved.
Remove the mixing bowl from the stand, and gently fold in the White Chocolate Chips.

Bake the Brownies:

Line the bottom of a 9 X 9 inch dish with Parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven to a wire rack to cool completely.
