  • For the Filling:
  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 (360g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (120g) sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon 1 vanilla extract

  • 1 cup 1 (150g) fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 (120ml) heavy cream
