Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole

Crockpot Ham and Potato Casserole are one of our favorite easy casseroles. This cheesy ham casserole can be made in just 4 hours with only a few ingredients. This is a great recipe for weekend brunch or weeknight dinners ! If you don’t already know, easy casseroles are my favorite. Just look at my Turkey Zucchini Casserole and Beef Noodle Casserole.

You will be addicted to the delicious combination of potato and ham in this dish. These steps are super easy.
It only takes a handful of basic ingredients to create a hot and satisfying meal that’ll feed a crowd with this cheesy potato ham casserole. There’s nothing to cook separately, and you can have all the slicing and layering work done in about 10 to 15 minutes. Then, the hands-on work is done. Set up everything in your Crock Pot and get on with your day while the Crock Pot does all the work. Pair this casserole with a green salad and dinner is served.

Ingredients

30 oz. Shredded frozen hashbrowns

1 lb. 1 lb.

1 can Cream of Onion Soup

1 Packet of onion soup mix

1 C. Sour Cream

1/4 C. Unsalted melted butter

6 oz. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix

2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Combine the onion soup mix, cream onion soup, hashbrowns and diced ham in a crockpot. Combine all ingredients well.

Sprinkle the cheese over the potato and ham mixture.

Add the stuffing to the top of the cheese.

Spread the butter on top of the stuffing.

Cover the crockpot with a lid and cook on high for four hours.

Take off the lid and enjoy.
