1.5 lbs. (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 4 large breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder, divided
½ teaspoon (2.5 g) paprika
1 tablespoon (5 g) Italian seasoning
1 cup (120 g) small chopped broccoli florets
1 cup (115 g) shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup (60 g) cream cheese

Lay the chicken breasts on a chopping board and carefully slice through the middle of each breast, creating a pocket for the stuffing.
