2-3 pounds of hamburger (can sub chicken or turkey)
1 head of cabbage, chopped
2 cups celery, diced
2 cups white or yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
5-6 cups beef broth
2 – 14 oz cans diced tomatoes (with garlic, basil, oregano)
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
½ tsp red pepper flakes
few shakes of black pepper
½ teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions :

Brown hamburger before adding to crock pot.
Put all the ingredients in the crock pot, stir it around
Cook on high between 5 to 6 hours or cook on low between 6 to 8 hours
