Guys, today is the 6th anniversary of my blog! 😀 It’s cool. It’s kind of hard to believe I’ve been blogging for 6 years now. I started it without any expectations. It was really just a family blog – sharing family photos and news for friends, then I started posting recipes and the rest is history. Today I have over 778 recipes and it has become my dream career. I couldn’t be happier and I couldn’t do this without you extraordinary readers stopping by every day, so I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. ♥
Now these steak bites. We have to talk about them because they are unavoidable! I cooked them for dinner twice a week because we love them so much. I bet you already have the marinade ingredients in your pantry! They are all simple staples that turn a steak into something really delicious. Dinner literally takes only a few minutes to prepare and it tastes so good! I like to serve ours with a green salad and a vegetable. It’s a really great low carbohydrate dinner that I enjoy. 🙂 I hope you’ll try this recipe!
Tender cuts of steak, seared to perfection and dripping with garlic butter sauce. Yes, we’re talking about Garlic Steak Bites! 🤤 Serve juicy steak bites as bite-size appetizers or as a simple and quick but mouth-watering meal. Plus, they’re ready in 20 minutes! If you love easy sirloin beef recipes as much as I do, you are going to love these juicy and flavorful steak bites with garlic butter. This is one of my favorite easy steak dinner ideas. It seriously doesn’t get any easier than this decadent and super-easy steak recipe.
The real gem of this recipe isn’t just the delicious, tender beef cubes of sirloin steak, but the garlic steak butter sauce. You can easily make the garlic butter sauce for steak using just a few ingredients that you may even already have on hand.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 Tablespoons dried basil
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
1-1/2 lbs. flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut in 1-inch pieces
Instructions:
1-Place all ingredients, except steak, in a large ziplock baggie. Stir with a spoon to combine.
2-Drop steak pieces in and seal shut. Shake gently to coat steak entirely in marinade. Place bag in refrigerator to marinate for at least 3 hours or up to 24.
3-Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Heat skillet until it’s very hot. Remove steak pieces from marinade using a slotted spoon and place in hot skillet. Discard marinade. Cook steak according to your desired temperature. We like medium-well so I cooked ours for about 3 minutes.
4-Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
* If you are sensitive to salt, you may want to use low-sodium soy sauce.
* The marinating time is important to how tender the meat is when cooked, but do not feel as if you must leave it overnight. Marinating causes the muscle fibers to break down which makes the beef more and more tender the longer it marinates.
