  • 1 1 onion, chopped

  • 3 3 carrots, sliced

  • 3 3 potatoes, diced

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons 2 tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon 1 dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon 1 dried rosemary

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 4 bread bowls

Directions
