  • 4 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken drumsticks

  • 2 tablespoons 2 olive oil

  • 1 1 onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves 3 garlic, minced

  • 1 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 can 1 (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon 1 dried basil

  • 1 teaspoon 1 dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste
