Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 large large flour tortillas burrito size works best
  • 8 slices deli ham any kind you like
  • 4 slices cheese slices cheddar, Swiss, provolone, or a mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter or mayo for crisping the outside
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for added flavor
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard for added flavor
  • 4 slices pickles optional
  • 1 medium tomato thin slices, optional
  • 1 handful spinach leaves optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Lay a tortilla flat and add ham in the center. Do not overstuff, or it will burst open.
  2. Add cheese on top of the ham, folding the cheese to keep it inside the wrap edges.
  3. If using mustard, add a thin swipe. A little goes a long way.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito: fold in the sides, then roll forward snugly.
  5. Lightly spread butter or mayo on the outside of the tortilla for a golden crisp.
  6. Preheat your air fryer (if necessary) for about 2 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Air fry at 375 F for 5 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and the cheese is melted.
  2. Let the wraps sit for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill the wraps. Start cooking seam side down to prevent them from opening. Use a light coat of fat for crisping. Watch the last 2 minutes of cooking time closely.
