Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

The easiest shrimp cocktail roasted ever cooked with only 5 minutes of preparation. Yes, it’s that simple! If you’re in need of a fast and simple appetizer, then look no further as this dish can be cooked in only 5 minutes. Yes. 5 min.

However, if your shrimp hasn’t currently peeled and cleaned, the process could take longer – about 12 minutes, but nevertheless. Once the shrimp are cleaned and ready to be served then you’re all set! All you require is garlic, olive oil freshly grated Parmesan as well as some spices from the pantry. That’s it.

This recipe is great hot and also as a room or cold temperature dish using marinara or cocktail sauce. I prepare it often for dinner using garlic spaghetti squash with a huge salad. It’s also great for an appetizer when having guests because Shrimp is always a major party hit and the addition of the Parmesan cheese helps the dish stand apart from typical cold shrimp cocktail.

 

Ingredients

1.33 lbs. raw shrimp Peeled and deveined

2 TBSP of butter that has been melted (or olive oil)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. Italian seasoning

1 cup fresh grated Parmesan

Salt and pepper

1 lemon juice

 

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2 Toss the shrimp with garlic, butter, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Arrange in one layer on baking sheet.

3Cook for 6-8 minutes or until the food is cooked to perfection. Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
