These Peanut Blossoms

HERSHEY’S peanut butter blossoms cookies — a classic almost anyone will recognize. Yes, these peanut butter desserts are famous for their chewy REESE’S creamy peanut butter cookie base topped with HERSHEY’S KISSES milk chocolate candies, but it’s the taste that reminds us of all the special memories that come with these traditional holiday cookies. Have a bag of HERSHEY’S KISSES chocolates ready and grab your favorite people. Then it’s time for the best part using this peanut butter blossoms cookie recipe. Bite straight in, eat around the peanut butter base or save the chocolate for your very last bite.

*Ingredients:

° 46-51 Hershey kisses, unwrapped
° 1 1/2 cup flour for all purposes
°1 teaspoon of baking soda
° 1/2 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 cup soft butter
° 3/4 cup soft peanut butter
° 1/3 Cup Sweetheart Sugar

*Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients except Hershey kisses and extra rolling sugar in a large bowl of blender. Mix well until mixed.
Remove small amounts of dough the size of a tablespoon and roll it into balls between the palms of your hand, then wrap each ball in the extra sugar in a shallow bowl. Place on an inch or two apart baking tray, then bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Don’t let those bake – I always pull them at the 8-9 minute mark.
Once cookies are removed from the oven, gently press the unwrapped Hershey kiss in the center of each cookie. It will dissolve from the heat of the cookie and then stiffen again at the end as the cookies cool completely.

Enjoy !
