Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents

They are delicious and easy. Sometimes, I will add the sharp cheddar cheese to the mix. It’s fantastic! I made these for football watching and they were gone in a flash! Everyone loved them, and I particularly loved how simple the process was!
This was a project I created to celebrate a recent neighborhood gathering.

The crescents were easy to prepare. The only thing I added was to brush the roll-ups with butter prior to placing them in the oven. They’re the best right out of the oven but they still tasted good after cooling. Everyone loved these. This recipe is great for a football game or any other gathering that needs appetizers or finger food.

The sausage roll are just so tasty they’re impossible to resist just one. They’re soft, flaky crescent rolls that are wrapped around an incredibly creamy and cheese-y sausage bite. These are an excellent appetizer that is savory however they can also be an excellent breakfast snack also. Plus, they’re extremely easy to prepare.
What about keeping them warm? A few years ago, I purchased an Salton Hot Party Server or Pizza Warming Tray off Ebay. It’s from the 1970’s and it has a fantastic retro style. It’s great to keep warm food warm.
