  • 1 and ⅔ cups white sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (6 ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
  • 16 large marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts


  1. Step 1: Add the sugar, milk, butter and salt together in a saucepan. Then cook for 5 minutes, while stirring constantly.
  2. Step 2: Add in chocolate chips while stirring and cook until it melts. Then remove from heat, add marshmallows, vanilla and nuts and stir well.
  3. Step 3: Pour into an 8-inch pan, leave it to cool and cut into squares. Serve!
