Gooey Reese’s Cheesecake Cookies

These Reese’s Cookies Recipe are soft, gooey, and rich in chocolate and peanut butter flavor in every bite! You will love the combination of flavors plus the sumptuous texture that the m&m’s and peanut butter cups have.

Substitutions

Peanut Butter Flavor: Instead of chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, you can substitute peanut butter chips for the peanut butter flavor in another form.
Chocolate Flavor: You can substitute Nutella for the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups to create a different chocolate and nut flavor. Swirl it into the batter before baking for a rich, hazelnut flavor.
Dried Fruit: If you want a healthier or alternative flavor profile, you can replace the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with chopped dried fruit, such as cranberries, cherries, or apricots. This gives the cookies a chewy texture and hints of natural sweetness.

Oatmeal Reese’s Cookies: For more texture and flavor, add 1 cup of old-fashioned oats to the dough. You can also use a little less flour to compensate for the oats.
Double Chocolate Reese’s Cookies: For an extra chocolatey treat, mix in 1 cup of chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
Chunky Reese’s Cookies: Instead of chopping Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, use Reese’s Miniatures or Reese’s Pieces to create larger, chunkier peanut butter pockets.
