  • 1/4 cup 1/4 granulated sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 ground cinnamon (optional)

  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 4 packages 4 (32 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 1/4 cups 1 1/4 granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon 1 vanilla extract

  • 4 large 4 eggs

  • 1 cup 1 sour cream

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 all-purpose flour

  • Red and green food coloring
