  • 2 cups 2 (475ml) beef broth

  • 1 can 1 (14 ounces/400g) diced tomatoes, drained

  • 1 teaspoon 1 chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups 2 (200g) shredded cheese blend (e.g., cheddar and mozzarella)

  • Chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)
